The project is structured into six work packages (WPs). A diagram showing the hierarchical view of the WPs is shown in Figure.
An intensive exchange is planned between the work packages for test and measurement procedures and circuit design and packaging to achieve an optimum between the two design aspects and high quality of the electronic systems. Only this close cooperation between the development lines will make the planned major innovations possible.
